Second, innovations
(1) Two sets of 5-megapixel area array CCD cameras are used to simultaneously detect plastering defects on both sides of the pole piece , and with high-precision rotary encoder and linear optical fiber, it is used to detect paste dislocation, paste length, and other defects. The accuracy can reach within plus or minus 2mm, which meets the technical requirements of battery manufacturing and dynamically displays various defects. .
(2) Study the algorithm suitable for battery pole piece image processing, realize real-time collection and display of defect images, and analyze the specific process of battery pole piece online detection, including image acquisition, information processing, and feature extraction;
(3) The visual detection system is equipped with a fully automatic servo motor retractable mechanism. The detection speed is fast, up to 25 m/min. It can distinguish metal leakage foils with a diameter greater than 0.2mm, and a set of stable and reliable yellow stickers is installed. Labeling system, all bad pole pieces are marked with yellow bad marks.
3. Technical level and main performance indicators
The fully automatic testing machine for lithium battery cell materials developed by this project has broken the domestic dependence on imported products. The accuracy of the equipment can reach within plus or minus 2mm, and the detection speed is fast, up to 25 m/min. It can distinguish metal leaks with a diameter greater than 0.2mm. difference.
(1) The detection speed is fast, and the reliable detection of 25-30 pieces/minute can be realized, which can replace the workload of 5-8 people;
(2) The metal leakage foil with a diameter greater than 0.2mm can be distinguished;
(3) Two sets of 5-megapixel area array cameras are used for high-speed capture and fast processing. Each image is captured within 40ms and the analysis results are sent to the controller (PLC);
(4) It can detect exposed-coated pole pieces with a diameter of not less than 0.5mm.
